Summer Programme – 2017

Our 2017 summer program was a resounding success! The children participated in a wide range of activities from cooking to science shows; pottery to kayaking. Our National Play Day on 2nd August was a massive hit with parent/carers and children alike, and we’ll never forget the look on their faces when children of all physical and cognitive abilities flew down the Fairwater dry ski slope in our tubing session.

The full list of activities organised and managed by Autism Puzzles is as follows:

We put on a huge range of activities which allowed our families to get out, have fun, and try things that may not have been possible outside of our empowering and inclusive setting.

We can’t wait for next year!

Summer Program Testimonials

“We had a fabulous time today thank you sooo much. And massive thanks for getting us out and about trying new activities this holiday. Even where X was a spectator she had a great time and got a bit nearer to taking part if there is a next time for her.” Anonymous by request

“Thank you to everyone at AP that made the summer programme so fantastic. Can’t believe you have left me to fill the last 2 weeks on my own.” Natasha – Parent

“Thanks so much for a wonderful session kayaking this morning… we loved it. Amazing opportunity to do something like that where it was really relaxed and there was nobody suggesting they do x, y or z… felt very wind and the willows… just messing about on the river.” Suzie – Parent
